Leveraging a 20 year business career with a broad array of experiences, I support my clients as a credentialed Executive Coach and Career and Transition Coach. With a unique blend of experience, warmth, and passion, I help individuals navigate their challenges and take advantage of the opportunities within their transitions professionally & personally.
I look at the client holistically to assist them in discovering and accessing their own strengths and using them to improve upon their weaknesses.
Coaching supports the individual while co-creating a goal-driven plan for achievement and success. I assist in creating a safe space for inspiring awareness and pulling the pieces together to strengthen and enhance the individual’s personal and professional lives. I support and encourage throughout the process; offering active listening, reflection, powerful questioning, and accountability leading to sustainable transformation.
Working together through change and mobilizing to set SMART goals and a plan of action will take you to the next level while balancing your work/life needs.
My training and experience in executive/career/transition/life coaching and consulting, entrepreneurship, marketing, corporate and retail sales, mentoring, nonprofits and business development finds me well suited to coach executives and individuals in career and transitions through 1:1 coaching sessions as well as through powerful workshop presentations.
